Neal regularly advises his clients with respect to a wide variety of commercial and business law matters, including the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures, licensing, distribution and supply arrangements, credit and financing arrangements (representing both borrowers and creditors), intellectual property matters and xecutive compensation and other employee-related matters.

Many of Neal's clients often rely upon him as their outside general counsel with respect to day-to-day business matters. He is continuously striving to provide creative, practical, legal solutions to his clients' business needs.

Neal has been involved in situations where there were significant financing problems, and has been known to be creative in the refinancing and finding solutions to refinancing.
